All is ok except for the breakfast which was sent to our room. We took the 8 O clock part. They mentioned it will be send to our room. When I woke up at 8.15, it's already in our room, but I hear no sound of bell for them to knock on my door. They should at least knock and not do it this way.

這是我在見過服務最差的酒店。一家三口，住了七天，第六天才來告知需要補差價，孩子的床費一天一千，孩子的餐費一天是二百。早餐説好的給送到房間，每次都要下去找才給送。七天有兩天沒有給打掃衞生。接待處找不到人。酒店電話打不通。客服也打不通。經理態度奇差，我們站著溝通，她坐著。一點微笑都沒有。這種酒店真的讓人很無語😑還有一個小插曲，酒店泳池的遮陽傘🏖被等吃到了房頂，我發現的第一時間告知了服務生，我以為他們會採取措施把傘取下來，沒想到晚上回來的時候傘被颳走了。。。最終經過客服的協調，補了一半的差價，以後不會再來了

It was slightly underwhelming. No pool no gym. They had a really nice balcony. Surprised to see a bath tub and jacuzzi in my room toilet. Beautiful hotel room and comfortable bed. TV had Netflix and Disney plus.

Non-Existence Breakfast. Barely saw any staffs. Had to call into 訂房網站.com hotel hotline to reach front desk everytime. Rooms not very clean. Disappointed!

It was a very nice stay at the pool suite. Very clean and surprisingly quite. For this stay you need your own car because it is about 1/2 kilo from the main road.Not many items are offer for the room services but...you can get your meals at your finger tip by order from grap riders. The big pluse to this is the Great central location to well visit location i.e. The royal florals garden, chiangmai zoo, airport count? Breakfast are not too bad, thai stly rice porridge with egg of your choice and for the international side ham sausage egg of choice pluse toast. I do recommended.

位置稍微有點偏僻，但是環境還不錯，就是設施稍微有點舊，總體還算OK。店裡服務員很熱情，洗漱用品和拖鞋不太行，整體性價比還不錯。

If you're seeking a peaceful pit-stop close to the airport, Pool Suite Hotel is your perfect match. Rooms are sparkling clean and surprisingly spacious, making for a comfy stay. The staff is as warm as they are efficient, adding a personal touch to the experience. The only hitch? Breakfast starts at 8am - might be a late start for early birds. But considering the overall experience, this hotel is a solid choice for hassle-free, comfortable accommodation.
